1.What’s your return policy?
All products purchased are marked as final and are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns and/or refunds. Please note that all our products' conditions are shown on photos taken by our professional team. Once payment is done, meaning you accept the product condition even if any flaws may occur.

3. Does the shipping cost for international orders include customs, duties and/or taxes?
Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the total price of the products upon checkout. We ship all international orders delivery duties unpaid (DDU), which means additional fees may or may not occur once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient.
